It is early days yet but you may have seen news that James Hay Holdings have made a recommended offer to acquire 100 per cent of the share capital of Nucleus Financial Services.
We would regard this as a positive move with both companies operating in the advised financial service area and their combined expertise and skills will only improve and develop the services offered to us and our clients.
