How do I pay you for your advice?
Initial discussions are free that way when you engage us we will clearly explain the costs of our services. These can be in the form of project fees, hourly charges, retainers, commissions or a combination of these.
What should I do in advance of meeting you?
A little preparation goes a long way. We will need you to complete our questionnaire and also provide evidence of your identity and your address. You should bring along all documents relating to your financial affairs.
Why should I seek financial advice?
We believe that you should continually review your financial affairs and that independent advice is a prerequisite of optimising your wealth. You have the benefit of expert analysis, experience and opinion after assessment of thousands of financial solutions that are available from hundreds of financial companies worldwide.

I live abroad for part of the year, will you be able to handle my financial affairs while I am abroad?
We have many clients who live and work abroad. Communication is made simple by email connection and it becomes natural to visit us when you are back in the UK.
How often will you review my finances?
We will agree this at outset and set up a timetable for reviews. In the background, we review investments and the financial landscape on a daily basis and will always let you know of events that are relevant.
What should I do when I have a change in my financial situation?
Always let us know if your situation changes. Even better, let us know before if you can.
